 Head of Marketing

Location: Silicon Valley / Remote, U.S.

Reports To: CEO

Intro

TrustLogix solves one of the toughest problems in the enterprise: the conflict over data between business leaders, security teams, and IT. Our patented platform unifies controls and highlights the data that truly matters, giving executives clarity, speed, and confidence in their decisions. We’re not just building another tool; we're building the next great company that turns conflict into clarity and enables leaders to lead.

The Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and scale all marketing functions at TrustLogix, excluding product marketing (PMM reports into Product). This is a hands-on leadership role, equally strategic and tactical, responsible for building our demand generation engine, managing our BDR team, sharpening our brand voice, and ensuring TrustLogix is seen as the category-defining solution for enterprises that need to secure and enable data at scale.

The Head of Marketing will:

  • Own all aspects of marketing: demand gen, digital, field, events, PR/AR, and brand
  • Lead, grow, and manage the Business Development Representative (BDR) team, ensuring alignment between outbound prospecting, campaigns, and sales pipeline goals
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns to drive pipeline and build TrustLogix awareness across key verticals (financial services, healthcare, technology, insurance, hospitality)
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Alliances, and PMM to ensure consistent messaging and effective go-to-market execution
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team as the company scales
  • Represent TrustLogix externally with analysts, press, and industry communities
  • Bring creativity, urgency, and startup scrappiness to every campaign and program

This is a role for a builder: someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, embraces ambiguity, and wants to help create the next great company in data security.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy to fuel pipeline growth
  • Manage and scale the BDR team, ensuring high-quality outbound campaigns and consistent discovery meetings set for AEs
  • Drive brand positioning and messaging in collaboration with Product Marketing and executive leadership
  • Build strong analyst and press relationships to elevate TrustLogix’s profile as a category leader
  • Manage all digital marketing programs, website presence, and marketing operations
  • Lead event strategy, from flagship conferences (Snowflake Summit, Databricks Data+AI, RSA, Gartner) to targeted field events
  • Develop metrics and reporting to measure ROI of marketing programs and optimize spend
  • Hire, mentor, and grow a world-class marketing and BDR team aligned to company priorities

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in enterprise SaaS, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record driving demand generation and pipeline growth in high-growth B2B startups
  • Experience directly managing BDR teams or owning the integrated marketing–BDR pipeline model
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying centers (CISO, CIO, CDO, CFO) and the regulatory, compliance, and data security challenges they face
  • Strong background in analyst relations, PR, field marketing, and digital campaigns
  • Startup DNA: self-motivated, scrappy, thrives without formal processes, willing to roll up sleeves
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller, with strong executive presence
  • Experience at one of the leading players in the data security, governance, or infrastructure space is highly valued but not required (e.g., Cyera, Immuta, BigID, Satori, Privacera, Collibra, Alation, Atlan, Symmetry Systems, Dig Security, Venafi/CyberArk, Confluent, HashiCorp, Databricks, Snowflake)

Our Culture

At TrustLogix, we're building a culture around a few core principles:

  • Humble Intelligence: We hire smart people who are also humble. We believe the best ideas come from collaboration, not ego. We challenge each other respectfully and learn from every experience.
  • Grit and Ambition: We are a "dream team" of doers. We thrive on challenges and have the resilience to tackle the tough problems that others won't. We're building something big, and we have the determination to see it through.
  • Client and Partner Obsession: Our success is tied directly to the success of our clients and partners. We listen to their needs, anticipate their challenges, and work tirelessly to earn their trust every day.
  • Empowerment: We expect and trust our team to take ownership and lead with autonomy. We provide the support you need to do your best work, empowering you to innovate and make a real impact.
  • Execution with Integrity: We move with urgency, discipline, and accountability. We do the right thing even when it’s the harder path, because trust is built on consistency between words and actions.
  • Trust: The foundation of everything we do. We trust our colleagues, our leaders, and our teams — and we earn the trust of clients and partners by listening first, delivering consistently, and acting with integrity.

Together, these principles define how we work, how we treat each other, and how we show up for our clients and partners. We’re not just building a product — we’re building a company we’re proud to call our own.

About TrustLogix

Every CEO must make the right calls to keep their company competitive. Competitors are moving fast, AI is raising the stakes, and survival depends on making smarter decisions sooner.

But here’s the problem: the CEO’s own leadership team is in conflict over data:

  • Consumers — CDOs and business leaders who demand access so they can generate insights and keep the company ahead
  • Enforcers — CISOs and security teams who lock things down with roadblocks and controls, held accountable for breaches, fines, and compliance failures
  • Providers — CIOs and CTOs who are stuck in the middle, writing endless scripts and custom integrations that can’t keep pace with demand

The result? The business slows down. Decisions stall. Competitors pull ahead.

“Data is everywhere” has become the most unhelpful truism in technology. The real question for CEOs, CFOs, and CISOs is: which data is worth securing and enabling, and which can be ignored?

TrustLogix provides that clarity. Our patented Trust Logix Engine unifies and enforces policies across every data system, then delivers a heatmap of what matters most: showing which data is critical, who is using it, and where the risks lie.

CISOs, CIOs, and CFOs can focus resources on protecting and enabling what drives the business, instead of wasting time and money locking down everything indiscriminately.

With deep partnerships with Snowflake, Databricks, and GSIs, TrustLogix helps the world’s most demanding enterprises stay competitive in an era where speed, trust, and data-driven leadership decide who wins.

We are not just building another tool. We are building the next great company — one that turns conflict into clarity and enables leaders to lead.
