Enterprise Sales Manager – West Region

Location: Silicon Valley / Remote, U.S.

Reports To: CEO

Intro

TrustLogix solves one of the toughest problems in the enterprise: the conflict over data between business leaders, security teams, and IT.

Our patented platform unifies controls and highlights the data that truly matters — giving executives clarity, speed, and confidence in their decisions.

We are building the next great enterprise software company — one that turns conflict into clarity and enables leaders to lead.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead growth across the West territory in the Americas (west of the Mississippi), driving strategic customer acquisition and working closely with Customer Success on expansions. You’ll own the full sales cycle for Fortune 2000 and upper mid-market accounts, working with key ecosystem partners — Snowflake, Databricks, and GSIs — to bring TrustLogix to some of the world’s most data-driven organizations.

This is a high-impact role for a self-motivated, data-fluent sales professional who can navigate complex enterprise environments, collaborate deeply with partners, and close multi-stakeholder, six- and seven-figure deals.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed net-new ARR targets for the West territory through direct and partner-led sales.
  • Build, manage, and advance strategic opportunities from discovery to close, leveraging the MEDDIC methodology.
  • Lead with a data-first narrative — help CISOs, CDOs, and CIOs resolve the conflict between access, security, and governance.
  • Partner closely with Solution Engineers, Product Management, and Field CTO to tailor solutions for each customer’s data architecture (Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, SAP HANA, etc.).
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market motions with Snowflake, Databricks, and GSIs (EY, Persistent, Tiger Analytics, etc.) to drive co-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain pipeline coverage of 3–4× target and deliver accurate forecasts through HubSpot and partner CRM tools.
  • Act as the trusted voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Serve as a visible thought leader in the region — speaking credibly about data security, AI governance, and cross-platform control.
  • Consistently reinforce the TrustLogix value proposition: clarity, speed, and control over enterprise data at scale.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quotas ($1M+ annual targets).
  • Proven success selling data security, governance, analytics, or infrastructure platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigID, Immuta, Collibra, Atlan, Privacera, CyberArk, HashiCorp, Confluent).
  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures (cloud data lakes, hybrid systems, ETL pipelines, BI tools).
  • Experience working with or selling into Financial Services, Healthcare, or Technology verticals.
  • Comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CDO, CFO) and driving complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in an early-stage environment, builds structure where none exists, and executes with discipline.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills — able to translate technical depth into executive-level value.
  • Knowledge of AI and data governance trends preferred.

Our Culture

At TrustLogix, we're building a culture around a few core principles:

  • Humble Intelligence: We hire smart people who are also humble. We believe the best ideas come from collaboration, not ego. We challenge each other respectfully and learn from every experience.
  • Grit and Ambition: We are a "dream team" of doers. We thrive on challenges and have the resilience to tackle the tough problems that others won't. We're building something big, and we have the determination to see it through.
  • Client and Partner Obsession: Our success is tied directly to the success of our clients and partners. We listen to their needs, anticipate their challenges, and work tirelessly to earn their trust every day.
  • Empowerment: We expect and trust our team to take ownership and lead with autonomy. We provide the support you need to do your best work, empowering you to innovate and make a real impact.
  • Execution with Integrity: We move with urgency, discipline, and accountability. We do the right thing even when it’s the harder path, because trust is built on consistency between words and actions.
  • Trust: The foundation of everything we do. We trust our colleagues, our leaders, and our teams — and we earn the trust of clients and partners by listening first, delivering consistently, and acting with integrity.
Together, these principles define how we work, how we treat each other, and how we show up for our clients and partners. We’re not just building a product — we’re building a company we’re proud to call our own.

About TrustLogix

Every CEO must make the right calls to keep their company competitive. Competitors are moving fast, AI is raising the stakes, and survival depends on making smarter decisions sooner.

But here’s the problem: the CEO’s own leadership team is in conflict over data:

  • Consumers — CDOs and business leaders who demand access so they can generate insights and keep the company ahead
  • Enforcers — CISOs and security teams who lock things down with roadblocks and controls, held accountable for breaches, fines, and compliance failures
  • Providers — CIOs and CTOs who are stuck in the middle, writing endless scripts and custom integrations that can’t keep pace with demand

The result? The business slows down. Decisions stall. Competitors pull ahead.

“Data is everywhere” has become the most unhelpful truism in technology. The real question for CEOs, CFOs, and CISOs is: which data is worth securing and enabling, and which can be ignored?

TrustLogix provides that clarity. Our patented Trust Logix Engine unifies and enforces policies across every data system, then delivers a heatmap of what matters most: showing which data is critical, who is using it, and where the risks lie.

CISOs, CIOs, and CFOs can focus resources on protecting and enabling what drives the business, instead of wasting time and money locking down everything indiscriminately.

With deep partnerships with Snowflake, Databricks, and GSIs, TrustLogix helps the world’s most demanding enterprises stay competitive in an era where speed, trust, and data-driven leadership decide who wins.

We are not just building another tool. We are building the next great company — one that turns conflict into clarity and enables leaders to lead.
